Our Customers can flexibly create Workspaces and define user Capabilities according to preset Roles and Workspace Functions. The User role determines what is presented to that User, and Capabilities and Permissions further define what the User can update on the system. Each Workspace Function can be delivered to a bespoke Workspace. We broadly categorise Workspace Functions in two main categories, Trading and Administration.
Trading Workspaces
Trading workspaces can be created for the daily management of operations in relation to the configuration and management of operator risk. Trading Workspace Functions include the management of:
This Workspace Function allows the User to manually create and manage events, markets, outcomes and odds. Feed-driven events, markets and outcomes can also be taken over and statuses can be updated as required. Results can be manually input or adjusted and settlement or unsettlement can be triggered manually if required.
Our Unsettled bets report provides an instant overview of any outcomes that are part of a ticket, have a result but are not evaluated to enable the operator to instantly intervene to request evaluation where needed.
A double entry resulting interface is available to maintain the integrity of events based results.
- Risk templates can be created to automate event limits according to the tournament and risk category of the market type. System templates are used as default or tournament specific templates are prioritised in the case of lower values.
- Default combination blocks are in place by default, but block and allow lists can be created according to sport, tournament, market type, meeting, event, outcome or competitor.
- Odds templates can be set-up to deliver channel or shop specific odds for prematch markets. These can be used for marketing purposes or to maintain competitiveness of shops in particular locations.

Ticket Management is achieved from creation with our sophisticated referencing system which enables the analysis and acceptance or rejection of a requested ticket. Defined parameters trigger the reference process and once in the queue the trader can review all relevant data points before providing an acceptance, acceptance with proposed changes or rejection. In tandem, Users can create and launch a Ticker to monitor any incoming accepted tickets according to User-defined parameters. An interactive Ticket report provides tools for investigation of all accepted tickets.
Our monitoring function provides real-time data of current liability prioritised by exposure levels according to User-defined levels across the operator’s estate. Filters can be used to refine views from company down to individual shop levels. The User can intervene and adjust exposure levels as required before they reach limits to maintain the viability of operations according to the operator’s position on risk.
A high level Risk report further provides an instant snapshot of fixture based risk including potential liabilities separately for both single calculated as well as total calculated risk that incorporates the impact of accumulators.

Event Creation
& Automation
All event creation can be achieved either manually or via a content feed. Users can intervene on feed driven events at anytime if required and take over the management of prematch events. Regular or outright events are created from the same template. The use of Meetings allows the logical organisation and display of outright events on back office and frontend applications.
Our number betting engine enables Users to set up and automate the creation of number events and markets based on operator defined rules, all auto-adjusted by time zone to ensure compliance with regional time zone changes.
Data Set-up & Administration
Data is first set-up according to operator requirements. From multi-tenant estate set-up and User management to Tournament and Market Type creation, all largely static data set-up is under the constant control of the customer.
Following set-up, Administration is undertaken as required with the possibility to update and change records as required.
Event Management
Meetings and events management is undertaken from the same interface. Event status changes, resulting and evaluation of events, markets and outcomes can be executed manually or via the relevant content feed.
