The Role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer with expertise in the PHP Symfony framework to support the continuous development of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with senior teams, gaining in-depth knowledge of our systems and helping transfer that expertise to our growing Cyprus office.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-skilled, international team of Engineers, Developers, and QAs working in an Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Actively contribute to feature development in an Agile environment, refining requirements and proposing innovative solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Develop decoupled, well-architected software components with a test-driven approach.
Take ownership of how your code is shipped, deployed, and monitored to support seamless Agile processes.
Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn the business domain.
Experience in Sportsbook, Casino, or Forex industries is a plus.

What we look for:
We are looking for QA Engineer who understands QA processes and can work independently. The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing all features before their release to production and write test cases together with the product owners. The QA manager will also be responsible for creating internal QA Processes and improving on the existing workflows with their colleagues.
What you will be doing:
· Create and maintain a Testing/QA Jira Board
· Create processes to run the QA and the team communication efficiently.
· Collaborate with internal Development and Testing Teams on issues solving.
· Document any issues and bugs and liaise with the project management team.
· The role might include some travel.
Who you are:
· You must have prior experience is QA.
· You must have experience in writing test cases.
· You can read and write fluent in Business English.

We are looking for Customer Technical Support Engineers who understand support processes and can work independently. As the first point of contact between Aeteq and our bookmaker clients, you will manage communication, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless support operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain first-level communication between business clients and Aeteq.
Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient, up-to-date communication.
Collaborate with internal Development and Testing Teams to resolve issues.
Document issues and bugs, and liaise with the Project Management team.
Occasional travel may be required.
Who You Are:
Ideally hold a university degree.
Fluent in Business English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Jira ticketing systems and support processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tickets.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience in Sports Betting, Casino, or Forex industries is a strong plus.
ITIL certification or a strong understanding of ITIL processes is beneficial.

The Role
The main responsibility of the Cloud Operations Engineer is to implement, maintain, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and support mission-critical applications. The position falls under DevOps engineering but candidates with backgrounds in cloud engineering or site reliability (SRE) are also encouraged to apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana, and take proactive steps to resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable and operable solutions.
- Provide 24/7 operational support for cloud environments and applications.
- Practice infrastructure as code and support automation and incident response.
- Handle Linux administration, and database management in a multi-technology environment.
The Ideal Person
- At least 2 years’ experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Strong skills in Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Docker.
- Comfortable with Linux systems, Git, and cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills, with a relevant IT qualification.
- Authorized to work in South Africa or Cyprus; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Experience or interest in optimizing NGINX/Apache is a plus.
